- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.- Professional security management certification is highly desirable (CISSP, CISM, etc.).- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a combination of information security, application security, product security, cloud etc.- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing security engineering or architecture teams.- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST.- Strong understanding of the business impact of security tools, technologies, and policies.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the IT workforce.
Technical Skills:
- Must have deep technical knowledge in areas of Zero Trust, Azure, Security Engineering, Data lost initiatives etc.- Will be responsible for a team of security professionals to manage and configure Microsoft Defender Suite of products (Defender for Identity, Defender for O365 etc.), Zscaler and other security tools.- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Products (Ex: MS Defender, Defender for cloud, Defender for O365)
