  • Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Provide post-implementation support for SD processes, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Configure and support SAP SD areas including:
  • Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Shipping, Billing & Invoicing.
  • Credit & Risk Management, Returns, Intercompany & Third-Party Sales.
  • Output Determination and Revenue Account Determination.
  • Handle integration touchpoints with MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and PP.
  • Manage ATP (Available-to-Promise) and scheduling processes.
  • Conduct impact analysis and provide solutions for change requests and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments, user exits, BADIs, and reports.
  • Deliver functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user training.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to map requirements into SAP solutions.
