The candidate should have proven expertise in teaching Accountancy, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage students with innovative and effective teaching methodologies.Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Accountancy for Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments to enhance student learning outcomes.- Prepare students for Board Examinations with focus on concepts, practice, and exam techniques.- Maintain academic records, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes as required.- Encourage students’ participation in commerce-related activities, projects, and competitions.- Collaborate with faculty members, parents, and the school management for holistic student development.- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to school policies in the classroom.Qualifications & Experience- Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com) with specialization in Accountancy.- B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE Senior Secondary School (preferred).- Strong subject knowledge and updated with latest CBSE guidelines and exam patterns.- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).- Proficient in using digital tools and smart classroom technology.Skills Required- Strong command over Accountancy concepts.- Classroom management and student engagement.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to prepare students for academic excellence and board results.- Team collaboration and continuous learning mindset.Employment Type: Full-timeCompensation: As per school norms / competitive with industry standards.
