Owns technical deliveries providing continuous feedback to the Project plan, and works closely with the technical team and the program managers.

Coordinate with all stakeholders, especially with functional and technical teams.

Reviews and co-owns all the specs which include technical architectures and integration plans and approach.

Understanding the user stories and ability to convert them into feasible solutions especially using out-of-the-box features.

Manage resources provide technical specs to developers and oversee code reviews.

Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.

Review codes and development practices, enforcing standard development practices.

CI/CD implementation and release management.

Experience working with source control and continuous integration.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Relevant years of experience with Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud including hands-on configuration and development.

Must have experience in Integration with third-party tools or ERP

Salesforce Certification: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are required


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.

Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in salesforce CPQ is good to have
