Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Concrete Plant Incharge at NS ARCUS in Gurugram and Noida The Concrete Plant Incharge will oversee day-to-day operations, manage all equipment,, ready mix concrete, and execution tasks, ensuring smooth production and quality control. Qualifications Experience in managing ready mix concrete and pumping operations.Strong knowledge of concrete production processes and quality controlExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and leadership skillsAbility to work well in a team and manage a diverse workforceExperience in the commercial concrete industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Civil/mechanical Engineering or related field
