About The Role: Responsible for delivering the ultimate guest experience. Be responsible for the daily operations of the Front Desk including andnot limited to guest checking in/out, billing and special requests. Focus on administration of reservation, guest inquiries and daily tasks.Be responsible for the safety and initiate emergency response whenrequired. Provide training and lead new team members. Training and support provided by the Hotel's Manager. About You: Passionate in all areas of guest satisfaction and provide highest level ofcustomer service in a hosted environment.
