Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain daily operational activities of OT store

  2. Responsible for the stocks of all OT consignment items, maintaining records of their receipt, issue, consumption details, etc.

  3. Responsible for issue & Issue return of material against patient indents and departmental indents of IP Pharmacy, OT Store etc.

  4. Responsible for dispensing of medicines and surgical items to all patients and floors ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

  5. Responsible for issue for the ambulatory and payment process

  6. Arranging the medicines, surgical products to the respective racks

  7. Certain administrative charges for the various services are being levied to the patient portfolio like Procedure charges, implant charges etc.

  8. Making audit of the issues and returns from patient portfolio and departments.

  9. Expiry management of OT store as well as Main Stores.

  10. Random physical verification of inventory on daily basis of OT store as well as IP Pharmacy store with the Careworks software program

  11. Emergency Cash Purchase

  12. Participation in expiry management work quarterly.

  13. Participation in quarterly and yearly stock audit

  14. Maintaining stock by generating substore indent to the main store on weekly basis.

  15. Checking expires of medicine before dispensing to patients

  16. All Narcotic management like dispensing, government record, filing, empty ampules, etc.

  17. Physical check of narcotic records on daily basis with system
