Greetings from TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LIMITED Thank you for exploring career opportunities with Asia's largest IT companyExciting # Job Opportunities for # Experienced ProfessionalsRole : Hybrid Cloud ArchitectExperience Range : 10 years to 18 yearsLocation : PAN IndiaJob Description :Key Responsibilities :Strategy & Design:Develop a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with business goals.Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions for applications migration, modernization, data modernizationEvaluate and select cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM, Nutanix, Neo Cloud, etc.) and third-party toolsSolution Design:Architect tailored cloud solutions for applications migration, modernization, data modernization that leverage best practices and meet specific business requirements, utilizing platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Private Cloud, DC SolutionsUnderstand client requirements and prepare appropriate cloud solutions (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S, Hybrid / Multi-Cloud, Hardware OEMs, Network, Security) for applications migration, modernization, data modernizationTechnical Presentations:Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate solution feasibility and value, fostering trust and engagement with stakeholdersProof of Concept (POC):Lead the design and implementation of POCs to validate proposed solutions, transitioning these into larger-scale engagementsImplementation & Management:Guide technical solution development in engagements related to applications modernization, migration of applications, data modernization, solution integration and infrastructure to hybrid cloud, Engineered cloud, etc.Ensure optimal performance of cloud solutions through monitoring and troubleshootingCollaborate with IT security teams to maintain data privacy and complianceCollaboration & Leadership:Work closely with developers, Dev Sec Ops engineers, and business analysts to deliver solutionsProvide technical guidance to teams on cloud best practicesStay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trendsMandatory Skill Set:Experience:Minimum of 5 years in architecture or 10 years in engineering roles related to hybrid cloud solutions for applications migration, modernization, data modernization, with a proven track record of successful client engagementsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in two or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM, Nutanix, Neo Cloud, etc.) for applications migration, modernization, data modernizationExperience in architecting applications leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Cloud native (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S), Hybrid / Multi-Cloud, Hardware OEMs, Network, Security, Microservices, Fin Ops, i Paa S and APIs, Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation), and CI/CD pipelinesStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture principlesCommunication Skills:Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate technical conceptsDesirable Skill Set:Knowledge of specific industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing)Technical certifications related to cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred; must obtain certification within 90 days of employmentUnderstanding of Dev Ops conceptsAbility to lead cross-functional teams effectivelyPersonal Attributes :Highly motivated and results-orientedStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsProactive and adaptable to changeCustomer-centric approachStrong ethical standardsAbility to learn quickly
