Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Hyderabad. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts, overseeing tax and compliance matters, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks will also include handling reconciliations, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making. Additionally, the role involves ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies, as well as mentoring junior team members. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management Proficiency in Taxation, Compliance, and Regulatory Guidelines Experience with Reconciliations, Financial Analysis, and Account Management Familiarity with Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems) and Advanced Excel skills Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking Effective communication and collaboration skills Relevant certifications like CA or equivalent are highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
