Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Odoo Developer, located in Chennai. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, perform system configuration, develop new features, and troubleshoot and resolve issues. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles and experience working with Odoo frameworks.

Scope & overview of the role:As a developer, you will be participating in development projects for our Odoo based ERP solution and Android application. You will be implementing change request and participating in maintenance of our technical operations and infrastructure.

Areas of Responsibility:To handle Odoo change requests and day to day issue troubleshooting of Odoo ERP users. To develop new modules as required.

Core Responsibilities:Design and develop Odoo module (new module development, customization etc.).Manage backend databases.Handle Change requests of already developed application modules.Act as super-admin for the ERP solution and Android app.

Education Background:Hold a graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.

Work Experience:Have a total development experience of 2-6 years as Odoo ERP developerExcellent knowledge in different stacks - Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML,CSS, XML etc- Min 2 Years

Qualifications2+ years of experience in Odoo development and customizationStrong knowledge of Python and familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, and E-commerceUnderstanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologiesAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred :With hands-on experience in

E-commerce/ B2B/ B2C platform or Product

based organization.
