About This Role:

Jnana Inventive is looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Graphic Designer who can bring strong visual communication, creative excellence, and a keen design sense to our team. Youll be responsible for crafting visually stunning designs across both digital and print platforms, collaborating closely with our creative, marketing, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design online and offline creatives including banners, social media posts, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, etc.
Design website and mobile UI/UX elements that are both user-friendly and visually appealing.
Develop video creatives promotional, explainer, and motion graphics.
Translate marketing strategies into engaging and creative visual campaigns.
Think out-of-the-box and bring fresh ideas that elevate brand perception.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with quality output.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, etc.).
Strong sense of design aesthetics, layout, color theory, and typography.
Experience in visual storytelling and creative communication.
Prior work in a digital marketing agency is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
Must be able to work from the office no work-from-home option available.
