Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Leader - Sales focusing on the Malayalam market at Blitz Academy Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include mentoring team members, analyzing sales data, and maintaining effective communication with clients and the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Proven Sales skills and experience in meeting sales targets
  • Strong Analytical skills for data analysis and strategic planning
  • Fluency in Malayalam and proficiency in English
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
