Job Description :

Our Company has numerous products that support the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software such as Unifier, P6, Aconex, OPPM, and Oracle Primavera Cloud (formerly Prime) that encompasses resource allocation, cost reduction, supply-chain efficiency, and decision-making using real-time data, for the enterprise market.

The Technical lead will be involved in the design, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and documentation of Project Integrated Framework (PIF).

This responsibility includes interacting with clients at all levels to understand the business requirements to conclude the blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements of the integration framework.

Senior development position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that complies with Oracle methodologies and practices.

Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Desired Profile :

- Design, Develop, and test the assigned solution/software framework.

- Contribute to software code reusability and knowledge management.

- Effective communication and excellent demonstrable knowledge of Oracle Primavera products.

- Refine and improve the blended delivery processes.

- Participate in Organizational initiatives related improvement of services.

- Report and collaborate with all related stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and with the team to ensure quality deliverables on the project.

- Ensure that resource requirements needed to support a particular project are in place for all projects.

- Provide ongoing written and verbal status updates to senior leadership.

- Ready to travel as and when required by the project.

Experience :

- 10+ years Experience in a Technical Architect Role

- 12+ years of overall experience in relevant technical skills mentioned in the Job Skills.

- Experience in Unifier

- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

- Enterprise Software implementation experience working for a software company.

- Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle

- Previous systems (integration) experience with Oracle Products and other systems.

- Excellent communication & coaching skills.
