Location: Mumbai (On-site) Compensation: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA Experience: Minimum 1 year Type: Full-Time Role Overview We’re looking for a Programming Associate to help conceptualise, plan, and execute BFC’s event programming end-to-end. This is a role suited for someone who enjoys operations, coordination, and creating high-quality community experiences. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute event programming for weekly/monthly BFC events. Coordinate with speakers, mentors, venues, partners, and vendors. Manage event logistics — timelines, checklists, run-of-show, guest flow. Support on-ground execution, registrations, setup, and hospitality. Research speakers, trends, formats, and event concepts. Assist with internal coordination across design, comms, and partnerships. Maintain event documentation and feedback loops. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in events, programming, operations, or community roles. Must be a Mumbai resident (on-site role). Strong communication & coordination skills. Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. Willingness to work evening events when needed.
