Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Oracle SCM Cloud Consultants and Managers to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the industry, we deliver cutting-edge SCM solutions to our clients, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about building and delivering innovative products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives in the areas of supply chain and warehouse management.
Design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM Cloud solutions to meet client needs.
Manage the implementation process, including system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct system assessments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities and best practices and share knowledge with the team and clients.
Provide thought leadership on the application of AI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms to real-world business scenarios.
Ensure excellent customer service, client satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, including configuration, testing, and support.
Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
Experience with system integration and data migration.
Proficient in Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Oracle certifications in SCM Cloud modules are preferred.

Order Management
Procurement
For Manager Role: Must have experience with 4+ end-to-end implementations.
