About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our team.

- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Appian platform and be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex business processes using the Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable Appian applications.

- Develop and maintain Appian processes, interfaces, and integrations.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Appian solutions.

- Optimize and improve existing Appian processes for better performance and efficiency.

- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

- Stay updated on the latest Appian features, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills :

Appian Expertise :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Appian platform.

- Appian Developer Certified (preferred).

- Deep understanding of Appian process model, data model, and interface design.

- Experience with end-to-end Appian process development and implementation.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of workflow design and system integration.

- Experience with process automation tooling.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Background in Java and REST APIs. Experience with other BPM tools (optional).
