Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Module Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Websol Energy System Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the equipment maintenance, and optimization of our Auto Module Line equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety at our project site. This role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance, alongside effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain daily checklists for various module clusters to ensure optimal functionality.

Perform monthly preventive maintenance of machine and other critical equipment to minimize downtime.

Manage documentation related to daily shift activities, checklists, SOPs, and maintenance reports.

Generate daily / monthly breakdown reports, including metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Direct the manufacturing process and establish operational efficiency procedures to enhance fast run capabilities.

Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment running status, reporting daily activities and any abnormalities.

Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices.

Mentor and influence team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork to achieve shared goals.

Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and autonomous maintenance strategies.

Qualifications / Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.- Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in maintenance.- Strong knowledge of module line operations and maintenance, specifically in an automation environment.- Familiarity with SAP with have an added advantage- Proficient in preventive and breakdown maintenance practices, with a focus on quality and safety.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
