Job Purpose:

To ensure robust pipeline for new products developments, application development for value added products / specialty products. Responsible for driving the product innovation and commercialization.

Drive New product/application launch based on extensive Market Intelligence

Build New product Development system encompassing filters for selection based on Sales potential, Production feasibility and differentiated proposition.

Drive engagement with value chain partners – weavers and knitters and develop a pipeline of quality partners both as customers and suppliers

Develop potential partners across key sourcing markets and as per new products required Formulation of accreditation program and Roll out to value chain partners

Lead engagement with Global Brands & Retailers for DT products

Managing calendar for representation to Brands – build communication and drive annual engagement to support the sales team. Partnering with select B&Rs.

Increase usage of DT products by seeding new market segments.

Drive volumes and value by continuously developing new segments

Develop communications and engagement programs to drive market penetration for specialty products / VAPs

Increase in sale of VAP products from new customers / existing customers
