Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for PET manufacturing.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any quality issues or defects in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality audits.
  • Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in quality control.
  • Recommend and implement changes to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Work closely with the production team to develop and refine processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and R&D, to address quality issues and implement solutions.
  • Communicate quality control findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Education Requirements        
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
 
Preferred Skills

·       Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience (UAE & Same PET)

·       Any Nationality will be preferrable.

·       Remuneration will be AED 6K.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, ISO standards, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
