Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Domain Trainee/ Assistant Manager - Reinsurance ContractsWe are looking for professionals with Reinsurance domain experience who have a good understanding of upstream and downstream of Reinsurance Contracts and Accounting.

Responsibilities• Ceded Premium/Loss Processing - Calculating and booking of ceded premiums & losses in the legacy system. Good knowledge in the reinsurance calculation of proportional/ non-proportional contracts• Re-insurance Contract Set up basis information derived from Facultative Certificate• Coordinate with broker/reinsurer/underwriter to get supporting documents, understanding reinsurance structure, analyzing and interpreting limits and various terms & conditions of contracts and accordingly entering into system• Research and analyze the Premium discrepancies in order to clear Open transactions and items on Broker billing statements• Review & Preparation of Reinsurance Bordereau• Respond to email /phone queries related to queries related above activities• Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for discrepancy resolution• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation enhancements• Work as a team player to process any adhoc request in a timely manner• Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external stakeholders’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally• Escalate problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriateQualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications• B.Com• Excellent Communication Skills

Preferred qualifications• Relevant experience in Insurance/Reinsurance accounting/reporting
