We're currently looking for a Personal Care Worker with a heart for people to join us for casual shifts at our Aged Care facility in Wauchope NSW. What You’ll Do: Provide hands-on care : Assist elderly residents with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility & transfers : Help with positioning and mobility to ensure comfort and safety. Meal support : Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition. Monitor well-being : Keep a close eye on residents’ health and report any changes. Create a safe, clean environment : Contribute to maintaining a space where residents feel at ease and cared for. Build meaningful connections : Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and your fellow team members. What You Bring: A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability . Ideally, 3+ months of experience in Aged Care. 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record . Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one). NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to get one). Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships offered). Why Troocoo?
