Tech - Civil/StructuralJob Summary:The candidate should have skilled experience in basic and detailed engineering projects related to Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical/Fertilizer/Power/Infrastructure and Industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities:Should have effective hands-on experience in:Analysis & design of major steel structures such as Pipe racks, Technological Structures, Shelters, Operation and utility platforms, Pipe bridges, Pipe stanchions, and supportsAnalysis and design of modular structures for various analysis types, such as in-place, lifting, load-out, land transportation, and sea transportationAnalysis and design of Truss Structures and EOT crane girder beamAnalysis and design of concrete (RCC) structures, such as process and utility buildings, including blast-resistant typeAll kinds of structural foundations (such as isolated, combined, and pile)All kinds of equipment (static and dynamic) foundations, including a table-top for compressors and turbinesDesign of surface and sub-surface plant drainage, such as storm water drainage and underground oily contaminated drainage, including manholes, sumps, and tanksAnalysis and design of culverts and road crossingsDesign and detailing of connections in both Steel & RCC structuresMentoring the designers and checking the steel and concrete detailed drawingsPreparation of design calculation reports, MTO and Work VolumeCoordination with other disciplines and reviewing the inputs received from them (such as piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation)Reviewing the 3 D model to identify the scope and clash checksCoordination with the clientProficient in Pipe Rack DesignExperienced in Technological Structure DesignSkilled in Foundations Design using MAT-3 DExpertise in Equipment Foundations Design using Foundation 3 D SoftwareCompetence in Vertical & Horizontal Equipment Foundations DesignKnowledge of Cross Overs & PSV Platform DesignAbility to design Shed Structures (Mono-Roof, Gable Roof)Software Proficiency:STAAD ProMat 3 D & Foundation 3 D,Idea StaticaRAM ConnectionStaad FoundationRCDC
