We are Hiring Deputy Manager for FMCG Manufacturing Industry
Location: Trichy
responsibilities from real deputy manager resumes:
- Manage and coordinate the SLA's with vendors.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve corporate activity list compliance and KPI's.
- Lead a project of customize ERP development, from the definition stage up to implementation.
- Lead all aspects of the accounting and bookkeeping functions, utilizing ERP for a large shipbuilding company specialize in long-term construction.
- Manage the infrastructure and operation integrations of acquire companies to the Mexico manufacturing operations.
- Perform added responsibility of book keeping, AR/AP entries, payroll ledger, and financial statements.
- Key responsibilities include business-to-business selling, inventory and logistics management, marketing promotion, and new business development.
- Full oversight of supplier relations including quarterly business reviews with all vendors.
- Develop and implement a system that allows managers to data mine PLC information.
- Install PLC to control rubber mixing and molding line and implement SPC procedures.
- Serve as a principal liaison to DOD COR for the status of the facility systems.
- Plan, design and execute TDL and CTP networks ISO combine (coalition) /joint operations.
- Lead a team of 4 employees to ensure KPI s, departmental and strategic objectives are meet consistently.
Requirements Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of financial and administrative processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Requirements
Requirements : Experience in 5+ Years Familiarity with 2 proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Understanding of financial principles and practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
