About the Role :


You will work closely with our portfolio of 34+ startups, helping them design their business and impact strategies, prepare business decks, curate investment thesis, grant applications, and in all senses, build their ventures. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the impact sector while honing your skills in impact investing and strategy consulting in a dynamic, supportive and exciting environment.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Collaborate with startups to develop comprehensive business and impact strategies.
  • Design compelling business decks, company profiles and investment theses for portfolio companies.
  • In-depth research on market trends, competitor analysis and industry insights.
  • Grant research and assist in preparing grant applications.
  • Provide strategic support to help startups build and scale their ventures.
  • Design posters, mailers, one-pagers and company documents as and when required.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.


Requirements :


  • Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint and other design tools with experience in creating business decks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong passion for social entrepreneurship and impact investing.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous internship experience in relevant field is desirable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Based in Mumbai.
