Como é Ser o Júnior Java Developer?

- Participar no desenvolvimento de projetos em linguagem de programação JAVA ou similar, garantindo a execução da estratégia de implementação e as normas de desenvolvimento do Grupo Salvador Caetano.

- Colaborar nas ações de planeamento e desenvolvimento das soluções garantindo a qualidade da entrega das soluções nos timmings acordados;

- Efetuar ações de code review e deploy, garantindo a optimização de perforamance e despiste de erros de código, e garantindo a execução das práticas de CI/CD;

- Colaborar nas ações de planeamento e desenvolvimento das soluções garantindo a qualidade da entrega das soluções nos timmings acordados;

- Interagir com os restantes membros da equipa e stackholders para comunicação riscos, e evolução das tarefas;

- Promover um desempenho de excelência das suas equipas, garantindo a evolução técnica de todos os membros da equipa e o apoio à formação de elementos juniores;
