Job Description:

This is a contract Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer role with Chimera Technologies Private Limited. The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, creating and executing test cases, conducting manual and software testing, and specializing in QA automation. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work.

- Develop test strategies and plans by analyzing business requirements and technical design.- Develop test cases and scripts – Primary automation with manual.- Test automation execution and tracking.- Metrics reporting assisting clients with user testing.- Enhancing the testing function by identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements.- The Quality Assurance Analyst is an intermediate professional role that may work on multiple projects as a subject matter expert.- This individual will participate in projects that require dynamics 365 functional knowledge, therefore experience with the dynamics 365 platform may be required.- Healthcare CRM will be added advantage.- This position will also be responsible for building Test automation framework, tool selection, test automation script design & execution and reporting testing.- Scripting knowledge required: Java or .Net or C#.- Automation Tools knowledge : Selenium , Leap Test , Microsoft Azure and Test trail

Job Specification:

Position: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Location: HSR layout, Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 7 yrs (Relevant Experience should be 5+yrs in automation Testing - Selenium Java)

Education: Bachelor& Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3days WFO, 2days WFH)

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Requirements:

- Bachelor& Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.- 5+ years of experience with Automation QA Analysis and Software work preferred.- Experience preparing automation test cases and test strategy documentation as required. Should be able to understand and translate requirements and instructions into happy and non-happy path test scenarios.- Experience in executing different types of testing from functional (negative, break-fix, A/B), and regression to system-wide testing.- Experience triaging/troubleshooting issues and impact analysis.- Experience in Azure DevOps.- Effective oral and written communication skills.- Demonstrated knowledge of testing as part of the software development lifecycle and enterprise integration frameworks.- Understanding of project management concepts and frameworks such as waterfall, Scrum, or agile development methodologies.- Experience with basic SharePoint functionality is a plus.- Experience working on projects/issues of medium to high complexity.- Possesses the ability to multi-task and switch priorities and stakeholder management .- Deadline is driven with little oversight.
