Job Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in managing and analyzing financial data to support our organization's decision-making processes.
The Finance Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to align financial goals with the company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis and data management, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Data Management and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and dashboards.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for investors and other stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the MIS.
Investor Relations:
Respond promptly to data and information requests from investors.
Provide insights and detailed analysis on financial performance, trends, and projections.
Support the preparation of investor presentations, quarterly earnings reports, and other communications.
Stakeholder Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all financial data inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure its accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
MIS Management:
Manage the organization's MIS to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Continuously improve MIS processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Train and support team members in using the MIS.
Financial Analysis and Forecasting:
Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
Who Are You:
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MIS management.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software and databases.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce. CA/ CMA/ CFA are plus.
Experience in a start-up is a plus.
