Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Loan Sales Executive located in Pune. The Personal Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable personal loan products. Daily tasks include generating leads, managing client portfolios, processing loan applications, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth loan processing and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of personal loan products and financial services
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service and client management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the banking or NBFC sector is an advantage
