What You'll Do

As a Junior Copywriter – Digital, you will:

  • Craft engaging and crisp copy for digital platforms including social media, websites, emailers, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and strategists to create impactful brand communication.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to ideas for campaigns, reels, and content calendars.
  • Adapt copy for different formats – long-form blogs, ad headlines, scripts, and captions.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, pop culture, and evolving consumer behavior.
  • Ensure brand tonality and voice are consistent across all communications.
What We Want

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 1–2 years of experience in copy/content writing (preferably in an advertising or digital agency).
  • Is fluent in English with strong grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling skills.
  • Understands how to write for social media, digital ads, and web audiences.
  • Is creative, curious, and able to think in both short, punchy copy and long-form storytelling.
  • Can collaborate with teams and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Believes in ownership, deadlines, and Tempest's values.
