Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Frontend Manager located in Kollam. The Frontend Manager will be responsible for overseeing front-end development activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing hiring processes, driving sales, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with teams, providing technical guidance, resolving customer issues, monitoring sales performance, and minimizing retail loss through effective management practices.
