Job Role: Tech Engineer for Secure Key Mgmt (Node JS) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pune (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain deployment automation pipelines. Manage and administer Unix/Linux-based systems efficiently. Monitor infrastructure and applications using Grafana, Prometheus, and other observability tools. Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops. Ensure secure deployment practices in line with Dev Ops and cybersecurity standards. Work closely with key management and data protection teams to maintain secure operations. Apply strong problem-solving and solution design thinking to resolve complex technical issues. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Dev Ops, system administration, or related roles. Hands-on experience with Java Script (preferably Node.js). Proficiency in Unix/Linux system administration. Expertise in monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Prometheus). Strong experience in automation and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, especially encryption. Familiarity with Dev Ops practices for monitoring, automation, and secure deployment. Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience working with secure key management/data protection teams is a plus. Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Dev Ops, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Cybersecurity. Prior experience in secure cloud deployments.
