Job DescriptionWe are looking for Staff QA Engineer to join the Mobile Software QA team to help us ensure we are able to consistently ship high-quality mobile software. The SWQA team ensures that all software meets internal and external standards and meets user needs before we ship anything to customers. This role is critical to protecting company reputation and ensuring we are able to continue improving health outcomes. Specifically, we are looking for QA Engineers who have extensive knowledge of testing mobile based platforms. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong familiarity with working in a regulated healthcare environment.As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:● Work closely with QA Manager to design, document, and execute test cases to verify our software within the mobile applications works as intended.● Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to ensure new features are thoroughly tested and meet expected results and requirements as per spec.● Discover and document product defects and track them through their lifecycle to validate the fixes.● Lead the development and execution of system-level V&V protocols and reports for both new features and existing ones.● Ensure high-priority features are automated in a timely fashion along with leveraging automation to reduce our manual V&V time.QualificationsBaseline skills/experiences/attributes:● Seven or more years’ experience working in a Quality Assurance role that includes testing for native mobile apps across both iOS and Android, along with web-based testing.● Experience working directly with a product and engineering team to ensure any new feature is properly tested and documented.● Experience in acting as the QA lead for multiple projects and features in parallel throughout the entire lifecycle, from design phase to production release.● Comfortable working directly with automation engineers to continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of automated test suites and approaches, both functional and non-functional.

Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it’s ok if you don’t):● Experience in working in a highly regulated environment, along with working closely with a regulatory team to help ensure compliance.● Experience in either iOS automation using XCUI.● Experience in testing software applications with integrated hardware components.
