As the Technical Lead, you will:

Develop front-end web appsPerform front-end and back-end performance metricsWork alongside the UX designers and the product team to deliver featuresSee a project through from conception to finish – end-to-end managementMentor/manage a team of Software and Senior Software EngineersProvide technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle, from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization, and supportDefine the charter and best practices for the entire web teamManage the sprint and release cyclesArticulate the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the clients and the project team.Drive the selection of technologies and designs to come up with the optimal architecture

What we expect you will bring to the table:

Experience in creating highly scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures that address customer and business problems and accelerate the adoption of best practicesStrong organizational and project management skillsExpertise in Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/PlanningProficiency in fundamental frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptKnowledge of React Native is a must.Ability to be proactive and the willingness to take ownership in assigned areasPotential to work with minimum supervisionExcellent verbal communication skillsReadiness to take up new challenges and innovate on behalf of the usersGood problem-solving and debugging skills
