Job Description:Servicenow IRM Lead:As a ServiceNow IRM Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow applications and modules, meeting the needs of the organization.•

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.•

Customize and configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.•

Service now implementation experience of solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product.•

Assisting in the design, configuration, customization, development, and testing of ServiceNow applications, specifically focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps), including these applications:•

IRM - Policy and Compliance Management•

IRM - Risk Management•

IRM - Vendor Risk Management•

IRM - Audit Management•

SecOps – Vulnerability Response•

GRC is a must•

Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications.•

Ability to leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.•

ServiceNow BCM tool implementation with experience in the following functional BCM domains:•

Business Impact Analysis•

Recovery Strategy Development•

BC/ DR Plan Development•

BC/ DR Exercise & Monitor•Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.•

Develop and maintain integrations using web services, APIs, and other integration technologies.•

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.•

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations.•

Strong understanding of ITSM and business process automation concepts.•

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.•

Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services.•

ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
