Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Technology Specialist at Sona Star Innovation Pvt. Ltd. located in Salem.Responsibilities:

Understanding project requirements and developing detailed mobile and web application development structures.Implementing best practices and coding standardsAnalyzing project briefs, requirements, and deliverablesAssisting in training new employees and reviewing the high-performing teamCoordinating with the software development team in addressing technical debtAnalyzing project briefs, requirements, and deliverablesPreparing and presenting progress reportsDeveloping and assigning work schedules/tasksLiaising with the Technical team for project completionReviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issuesCommunicating with the clients to ascertain their needsChecking and updating systems and software regularlyConducting periodic security checks/auditsUsing good quality code to avoid monetary damage

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field5+ years of experience as a

Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead or similar roleA certification in Project Management Professional is desirableExcellent technical expertiseStrong analytical and debugging skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureGood leadership skillsKnowledge of the latest technologies and industry trendsExcellent knowledge of programming languagesAbility to make rational decisionsHighly motivated and willing to learn new technologiesGood organizational skillsKnowledge of code versioning tools and databasesAwareness of the best industry practicesHighly accurate and logical
