Job Summary


DC Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of technical experts across the 3 Geo (APAC/EMEA/US) who provide end-to-end service delivery to Microland's customers across various technology domains. The DC Lead oversees the competency development, capability building, delivery solutions support, new customer transitions, and transformations of the TDU team. The DC Lead also ensures that the TDU deliverables are aligned with the customer expectations, quality standards, and best practices.


Key Responsibilities


Manage the TDU team and ensure that they have the required skills, tools, and resources to deliver the services effectively and efficiently.


  • Coordinate with the Client Delivery Units (CDUs), Sales, CSO, and other functions to understand the customer requirements, provide technical support, and drive new opportunities.
  • Review and approve the technical solutions, sizing, and costing for the bids and proposals, and ensure that they meet the customer needs and expectations.
  • Oversee the transition and transformation activities for the new and existing customers, and ensure that they are executed smoothly and successfully.
  • Monitor and track the TDU deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Drive the practice development, innovation, automation, and optimization initiatives within the TDU, and ensure that the TDU team is updated with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Manage the career development, performance management, learning, and retention of the TDU team members.
  • Ensure compliance with the Microland policies, processes, and standards, and adhere to the safety and security instructions.


Required Qualifications and Skills


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years of experience in managing technical teams.

Strong knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technology domains: Windows/Linux/Virtualization/Storage/Backup/Database

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and escalated issues.

Proven leadership, team management, and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop the team members.

Customer-centric, result-oriented, and quality-focused approach, with the ability to deliver customer satisfaction and value.

Ability to work in a matrix organization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Certification in relevant technologies, project management, or service management is preferred.
