Job Description–Merchandising AnalystPosition : Merchandising Analyst Location : West Delhi, India EmploymentType: Full-timeWorking Hours: 9:00 PM IST – 6:00 AM IST (Non-negotiable) Note: Candidates who are willing to work during this timeframe apply others please don't apply.Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandising Analyst/Assistantto support product listing, inventory management, and sales performance analysis across our e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings on Shopify and other marketplaces. Ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory. Track sales, inventory, and product performance. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards. Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment. Work with marketing and operations teams for product launches and promotions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce or related field. 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce operations, or data analysis. Must have previous experience in fashion, wholesale, or accounting. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP etc). Knowledge of Shopify/Amazon Seller Central is a plus. Strong communication and attention to detail. Ability to interpret data and provide insights to improve performance
