Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting our skincare products and services, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Actively engage with clients to understand their Skincare needs and recommend appropriate products and services.- Provide detailed information about our skincare treatments, procedures, and products to potential clients.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our skincare product line and stay updated on new developments and industry trends.- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into appointments and sales.- Collaborate with the skincare team to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to treatment.- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.- Participate in promotional events, workshops, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients and promote brand awareness.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for skincare and beauty.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.- Experience in Beauty industry required
