Be part of a team servicing Learning & Development requirements.Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using tools or digital graphic tabletDesigning and developing graphics for learning curriculum, learning programs, learning materials, and collaterals based on industry design standardsWork with team lead to design course visuals to provide an enhanced learner experienceDesign and develop graphics for eLearning coursework which aligns with Sector or COE strategic learning goals/objectivesDesign and develop graphics to enhance digital learning methodologiesDesign and develop learning videosQualifications

3+ years of experience designing and developing graphics for classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, interactive PDF, standee, poster, icons, logos, etc.Experience of Graphic Design tools and applications (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects)Basic interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team membersCustomer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentalitySense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completionThe ability to multi-task and handle priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed
