Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhiwandi for an Area Manager – Mid Mile Logistics. The Area Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, optimize processes for efficiency, manage relationships with partners, and ensure timely deliveries. Additional tasks include tracking performance metrics, leading a team of logistics coordinators, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in operations management and logistics
  • Proficiency in coordinating with logistics partners and managing delivery networks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team leadership and people management abilities
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience in e-commerce logistics and mid mile operations is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi
