Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or professionals starting their careers in recruitment who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a variety of roles across industries. Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates to explain job roles, responsibilities, and opportunities, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, liaising between candidates and hiring managers. Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment records, candidate databases, and job postings. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new recruitment strategies and stay updated on market trends. Training and Development: Participate in internal training sessions to enhance recruitment skills and industry knowledge. Administrative Support: Provide support in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating recruitment activities. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Basic understanding of recruitment or HR principles is a plus but not mandatory. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
