Job Description
1 Assist Auditor in developing audit plan, budget and timelines for assigned project.
2 Provide assistance to Auditor to complete annual audits within pre-set deadlines.
3 Develop audit scope and audit program for assigned project.
4 Provide updates to Auditor about Samstha’s Audit status on regular basis.
5 Develop audit reports including results, conclusions and recommendations.
6 Detect internal control deficiencies and recommend necessary corrective measures.
7 Assist Auditor in developing standard methodologies to compile and prepare statistical statements and financial reports.
8 Ensure that previous years’ audit recommendations are implemented and errors are resolved properly.
9 Supervise work schedule, job assignment, and disciplinary procedures of audit staffs.
10 Perform audit activities of all units of Samstha (Local & Outstation) in accordance with Samstha’s policies and procedures.
11 Develop creative audit techniques for operational efficiency.
12 Assist Auditor in addressing queries and complaints on audit related activities in timely manner.
13 Assisting Accounts Team & Statutory Auditors during process of Statutory Audit and Finalization of Accounts as per need.
