Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Executive located in Agra. The IT Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, infrastructure implementation, troubleshooting various IT issues, and managing network administration. Daily tasks include IT operations management, ensuring system functionality, updating and upgrading software, and maintaining all IT-related documentation.

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • CCTV installation and management
  • Network Administration and Information Technology skills
  • IT Operations management experience
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with cybersecurity measures is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
