AVP/VP - Fundraising and Sales (AIF-Real Estate Debt)

Summary:
Arbour Investments is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mid-Level Fundraising Professional to support and execute capital-raising initiatives for our real estate investment ventures. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to identify, engage, meet, and secure funding from investors, including UHNIs, HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential clients, and gather documentation to begin the funding process.- Develop leads, and cultivate a list of targeted prospects with UHNIs, HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, institutional investors, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), etc.- Developing and executing fundraising strategies to target the above, by canvassing and conducting meetings.- Develop relationships and collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute a go-to-market strategy that includes lead generation and CRM data entering daily specific trends.- Attend client meetings to present investment opportunities, address inquiries, and build lasting relationships.- Work with the strategy team to shape up annual/quarterly strategies within Arbour and aid in reviewing and governing the strategic plan.- Responding to investor requests for information, helping create documents like annual reports, monthly/quarterly review documents, and board meeting decks, and overseeing any investor requests.- Market and explain briefly about the products in a clear & transparent manner.- Conduct primary and secondary research for monthly competition stats focused on the real estate industry.- Proactively engage and support the seniors in business development activities through networking, client calls industry seminars, and leveraging the existing relationships of other business units focusing on real estate capital markets transactions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Finance or equivalent (e.g., CA/CFA preferred).- 5–10 years of experience in capital raising or investor relations or sale of financial products- A Strong network of relationships with UHNIs, HNIs, Family Offices, and wealth managers.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain investor relationships.- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Knowledge of fund structuring, regulatory processes, and capital markets is an added advantage.
