What will you get to work on?
As a member of the Program Management team, you will:
Lead a team of engineers to seamlessly implement the product for our end customers
Work with the leadership team in setting product vision for a globally scalable SaaS
Develop and foster long term relationship with customer leadership team
Define the DNA of the program management team at Osfin.ai
Map out and mutually agreeing on a clear business goal definition
What do we expect from you?
Our Program Manager role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the
following qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MySQL is mandatory.
Experience in working closely with clients/customers to understand business requirements,
defining business goals and owning the end-to-end success of product implementation.
Proven track record of managing customers’ expectations and fostering strong relationships
with customer SPOCs.
Passionate about data analysis and capable in analysing data to deliver valuable insights.
An automation enthusiast, with the tenacity to simplify processes for customers.
Minimum one year of work experience in the consulting industry is a plus.
Graduated from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering or business school.
