We anticipate that in the next few years, hundreds of millions of individuals will have their DNA sequenced, and invite you to join us in this transformative journey.About the PositionTheExecutive – International Salesposition will be a key member of our team in expanding our presence and driving sales in international markets. This role will work with Sales, Channel partners and other key stakeholders.Key Accountabilities:● Coordinate with logistics for ensuring timely delivery of samples ● Register of samples received from various countries. ● Coordinate with channel partners & other stake holders to collect the clinical information & any other data missing in the Test Request Forms. ● Proactively follow-up on reports to ensure their timely release; track cases and communicate the status to channel partners, ensure timely response to queries ● Be a vital overall bridge between the channel partners & the logistics/support/accession team for matters related to samples, reports etc Qualifications & Skills Required ● 2 years experience in client sales/account management or support functions ● Graduate degree in science/ pharmacy/ biotechnology preferred ● Ability to independently manage deliverables ● 5 days work from office & 1 day work from home ● Proficiency in spoken & written English languageWe offer● An innovative and open culture in a truly multicultural environment ● An opportunity to make a fundamental impact on human health ● Vibrant multidisciplinary scientific interaction and learning opportunity ● A collaborative and solution-oriented environment where you can make a difference ● Competitive salary and benefits
