Gurgaon, India V-Mart Retail Ltd. Full time
Developing and implementing graphic layouts and displays that contributes to the brand equity.
Maintaining high standards for the retail environments through effective graphic layouts & point of purchase displays and high impact - overall store outlook.
Work towards collaborating with a small team of designers to meet short to medium term objectives.
The ideal candidate should also demonstrate high tolerance for working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to balance concurrent projects and deliver high quality output.
Create impactful and innovative visual concepts that set the design direction for creative presentation across stores and website. These concepts will be translated, developed, and rolled out by relevant teams in the wider business
Lead on imagining innovative physical builds that are boundary pushing and photo worthy under the direction of the Brand Design Lead and Head of Creative Concepts
Be at the cutting edge of visual trends and emerging talent to create industry-leading visual design
Work closely with the Windows team to ensure ideas are executed in line with the direction set with a focus on a world building aesthetic
Create presentations that give clear direction - from moodboards to sketches, ensuring all direction is effectively communicated.
Be highly culturally aware and able to draw on trends and pivotal cultural moments to influence design concepts to ensure design concepts are industry leading.
Experience : 6 to 10 Years
Education : PG / Graduate from reputed Retail Management/Design Management Institute.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, prioritizing and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and has had budget responsibility.
Hands on experience in communicating VM strategies and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Relevant visual experience at a senior level from a value retail background, along with people management experience and a high level of commercial acumen.
