Role DescriptionAs the

Creative Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various creative and marketing projects across departments including design, video production, branding, digital marketing, and web development. This is a cross-functional role where you will collaborate with senior designers, developers, and marketing professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You will ensure that creative processes run smoothly and act as the main point of communication between internal teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative and marketing workflows and will excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution : Manage the end-to-end process for creative and marketing projects, including concept development, execution, and delivery.Team Coordination : Coordinate between various team members, including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Brand Strategists, and WordPress Developers, to ensure project goals are met.Resource Allocation : Manage resource allocation, ensuring that team members’ skills and availability are optimized for project efficiency.Client and Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring their expectations are met.Creative Briefing : Translate client needs and briefs into actionable tasks for the creative team. Ensure clarity in deliverables and timelines.Quality Control : Review creative outputs for quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.Timeline and Budget Management : Develop detailed project timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Digital Marketing Coordination : Oversee and manage projects related to social media campaigns, SEO, content creation, and other digital marketing activities.Process Improvement : Continuously seek ways to improve processes and optimize workflow efficiencies across teams.Agile Management : Implement agile project management methodologies, ensuring quick turnarounds and adaptability for changing project needs.

Qualifications :

Experience :Minimum 4-6 years of experience managing creative, marketing, or digital projects in an agency or in-house setting.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects involving graphic design, video editing, branding, and web development.

Technical Skills :Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar).Experience with project management tools such as

ClickUp and HubSpot.Knowledge of WordPress development workflows is a plus.A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Leadership & Collaboration :Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate creative teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Problem-Solving & Flexibility :Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to solve problems creatively.

Agile Experience : Familiarity with agile methodologies for managing iterative project cycles is preferred.
