Job Description

The role is a traditional senior cost manager role who has relevant sector experience like Datacentre, Commercial End-user, Fitout and Developer.main purpose of position:Quantity surveying and cost managementTake responsibility for end to end service deliveryTo ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management serviceIndependently manages commissions.Key responsibilities:Providing Pre and Post contract cost management scope of services. Ability to deliver the agreed scopeTaking personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on projects. Ensures timely and accurate reporting and quality deliverables are issued to clientsProducing monthly cost reports and presenting them to the clientNegotiating and agreeing on final accountsInterfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesLeading a cost management team, ensuring they deliver on all of the above accountabilities#LI – HT1

Qualifications

Education -

- Mechanical / ElectricalPost Graduate Qualification in a relevant field would be an added advantageYou should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills12-15 years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph .Excellent verbal and written English communication skills#LI –HT1
