Appointment Setter Location: Remote Type: Part-time/Full-time About Connect The Clinics: Connect The Clinics is a healthcare marketing agency focused on helping doctors and healthcare professionals in the US and Canada grow their patient base through customized digital marketing strategies. We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team and help us build relationships with potential clients. Job Responsibilities: Contact doctors, clinic managers, and healthcare professionals through various channels (phone calls, emails, ). Engage with prospects to introduce Connect The Clinics’ services, focusing on increasing patient acquisition for their clinics. Qualify leads by understanding their pain points and marketing needs. Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects. Maintain accurate records of communication and appointments using our CRM. Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our services. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the effectiveness of outreach efforts. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an appointment setter or telemarketing role (preferably in the healthcare or marketing industry). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle objections and engage in meaningful conversations with prospects. Proficient in using CRM systems and scheduling tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills. Preferred: Experience in healthcare marketing or a related field. Familiarity with outreach and other professional networking platforms.
